Christina McGuire, is a Senior Manager in Talent Management at Experian focused on enabling leadership development, effectiveness, and curiosity to drive strategic priorities. She brings a background in industrial–organizational psychology and a career grounded in leadership development, 360 assessments, program design, and evaluation. Her work centers on translating insight into practical, scalable solutions that strengthen leaders and organizations. Outside of work, she enjoys a good cup of coffee paired with a great book or podcast.
Sophie Rustichelli, is a Senior Talent Manager at Experian, where she combines a passion for developing people with a love of innovation. With a career spanning global talent development, executive coaching and performance management, Sophie is energised by helping teams and leaders grow in fast-paced environments.
