Talent Sourcing: Bias and Inclusive Talent Branding

The November meeting focused on two critical aspects of talent sourcing: Driving out bias; and designing inclusive, authentic branding campaigns.  

And as a follow up to last month’s meeting, we would love your additional enhancements to the ideas collected about exiting, offboarding, and building alumni networks for diverse talent.
