CPO Lisa Buckingham: Building an Awesome Employer Brand to Battle the Talent Exodus

Lisa Buckingham is the former EVP and Chief People, Place & Brand Officer at Lincoln Financial Group and has more than 30 years of HR experience. She was elected a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources in 2018, named HR Executive of the Year by HR Executive Magazine in 2017, and selected as one of the top 10 CHROs by Forbes in 2015.
