Employing People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities - i4cp 2025 Conference

We're celebrating our 12th year in partnership with Best Buddies International. In this short session, you'll hear about Best Buddies' mission to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. An estimated 81% of adults (18+) with developmental disabilities do not have a paid job in the community, yet i4cp's research shows that these people represent an untapped talent pool who can contribute to the workforce in a myriad of ways.
