i4cp Named to the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Companies for 6th Time

Inc. magazine today ranked the Seattle-based Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) on its annual Inc. 5000, the most prestigious ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.

The list recognizes leading companies within the U.S. economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small and midsized businesses. This is the sixth time i4cp has appeared on the list.

“We are once again incredibly honored to be represented as one of Inc.’s fastest growing companies in the U.S.,” said Kevin Oakes, i4cp’s CEO. “Our dedication to discovering the next practices of high-performance organizations—and working with many of the largest and most respected companies to turn those practices into reality—has fueled our growth. It’s great to see our efforts acknowledged year after year.”

Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, i4cp continues to see significant growth by adding many of the world’s most prominent brands to its member community.

Among the organizations that have joined i4cp in the last month: AT&T, Target Corporation, Georgia Power, VeriSign, and several others.

As the leading authority on next practices in human capital (defined as practices that show correlation to better market performance but aren’t yet widely adopted), i4cp has been at the forefront of many organizations’ efforts to adjust and adapt to the global effects of the pandemic, with current focus on return to work policies, hybrid work strategies, and following through on the diversity, equity, and inclusion promises made by corporations over the last year.

These topics—the future of work and potential disruptions yet to come—will be explored at the upcoming i4cp 2021/2022 Next Practices Now Conference, the #1 rated vendor-free event for human capital leaders and practitioners.
