Dave Ulrich, Garry Ridge, and Namrata Yadav to Present at the i4cp 2020 Conference

The list of sought-after presenters for the i4cp 2020 Next Practices Now Conference is growing with the addition of three newly announced speakers:

Dave Ulrich, Co-Founder and Principal at The RBL Group; Garry Ridge, CEO at WD-40 Company; and Namrata Yadav, Sr. Vice President, Head of Inclusion Strategy at Bank of America, will join the CHROs from IBM and 3M and the chief accessibility officer from Microsoft to present to conference attendees next March.

Dave Ulrich
Author, university professor, and RBL Group founder Dave Ulrich has long been called the “father of modern HR.”  Dave serves as the Rensis Likert Professor of Business at the Ross School, University of Michigan. He is known for continually learning, turning complex ideas into simple solutions, and creating value for those with whom he works in the fields of organization, leadership, and human resources.

Garry Ridge
Longtime CEO and president of WD-40 Company, Garry Ridge is passionate about the learning and empowering organizational culture that he has famously helped to bring about over the course of his tenure. Because of his contributions to WD-40 Company, both measurable and immeasurable, Garry was named the 2016 “Igniter of the Year” by author Simon Sinek. His accomplishments also earned him inclusion among the top four CEOs on Inc.com’s 2017 Top 10 Global CEOs list.

Namrata Yadav
Head of the inclusion strategy and diversity & inclusion programs at Bank of America, Namarata Yadev has become a key leader in the company’s initiative to promote cultural acceptance, diversity, and inclusion. Most recently, she was listed on Crain’s Chicago Business 40 under 40 list in 2018, following appearances on the 2016 Top 50 D&I professionals, 2017 Global Diversity, and Top 15 Business Women in Illinois lists.
