Madeline is responsible for new member development and expansion of i4cp's member network. She offers a broad background in human resources - including diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition and management such as assessments, surveys, training and development. She brings to i4cp a long history of sales, marketing, client engagement and project management expertise within the human capital space and partnering with executives in companies across all industries. Madeline is known for her strong business acumen, professional ethics and ability to build and maintain strong relationships. She is a strategic thinker, team player and laser focused on exceeding the overall business goals.
Madeline received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University, and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. She is a native of Chicago and resides in Cedarburg, Wisconsin with her husband and son. Madeline supports the disability community with diversity and inclusion initiatives in schools, workplace and community. She dedicates much of her time as a board member, community volunteer, fundraiser and speaker for Best Buddies International, Junior Achievement, Youth Frontiers, Helping Hands Healing Hooves, Disability Rights Advocacy, and Partners in Policymaking.
Outside of Madeline's professional and volunteer interests, an important aspect of her life is her passion for family time and traveling.
