Texas CHRO Forum - Leading from Anywhere

i4cp’s CHRO Forums have expanded to Texas. Our second CHRO forum event will be at BNSF’s HQ, hosted by Judy Carter. We’ll be joined by i4cp’s SVP of Research, Rob Cross, who will share insights from i4cp’s latest report, Leading from Anywhere: Driving Results in the Age of Distributed Work. Together, we’ll explore why leadership burnout is rising and how the shift to distributed work requires a comprehensive, new approach to leadership.

The Texas CHRO Forum is co-chaired by Judy Carter, SVP & CHRO of BNSF Railway, and Kim Cockrell, CHRO of Toyota.

i4cp’s Regional CHRO Forums are invite-only in-person events exclusively for local CHROs and CPOs. It is designed to serve as a vendor and consultant-free forum to explore shared challenges, hear from thought leaders, and build meaningful relationships.
