Join i4cp’s Silicon Valley CHRO Forum on January 27, 2027, at 4:00 p.m. PT for an exclusive, in-person gathering focused on The AI-Enabled HR Operating Model for Future-Ready Organizations. Hosted by Levi Strauss & Co. and Bernard Bedon, SVP, Chief Human Resource Officer, with dinner to follow at The Battery, this forum will bring together Chief Human Resource Officers for a peer-driven conversation on how AI is reshaping the HR operating model, and what that means for enterprise transformation, workforce strategy, and organizational performance. In a trusted, vendor-free setting, CHROs will exchange perspectives on how HR can lead the alignment of culture, skills, and AI to build organizations equipped to adapt and perform in a rapidly changing environment.

We will be joined by Kevin Martin, Chief Research Officer at i4cp, who will translate i4cp research into practical, research-to-practice insights for CHROs navigating the convergence of AI, workforce transformation, and changing business demands. Drawing on i4cp’s Future-Ready Framework™, the discussion will examine how culture, workforce skills, and responsible AI adoption can operate as mutually reinforcing enterprise capabilities rather than disconnected initiatives. Attendees will walk away with:

• A clearer understanding of how AI is reshaping the HR operating model and the CHRO’s role in enterprise transformation
• Insight into aligning organizational culture, workforce skills, and AI with evolving business strategy
• Strategic considerations for building an adaptable workforce and operating model that can respond to continuous change
• A framework for advancing responsible AI adoption at scale while strengthening productivity, leadership, and organizational performance
