Core HR/HRIS

At our December meeting, i4cp Sr. Research Analysts Tom Stone and Mollie Lombardi shared some of the findings from our recent survey on core HR/HRIS.

A company’s core HR / HRIS platform is at the center of its HR technology stack. But the systems in use today vary widely in what features are provided and used. This survey over 400 HR professionals asked about their organization’s HRIS platforms, including:

• Which systems are used most often today
• Their biggest strengths and weaknesses
• Satisfaction levels, pricing models, and more!

We also discussed HR technology more broadly, and asked for your input as i4cp plans to pursue similar studies in other areas of HR technology in 2023.
