Due to popular demand, we continued the conversation with a cross-functional meeting exclusive to members of i4cp’s Boards that included human capital executives in HR, talent, DE&I, total rewards, TA, and people analytics to discuss and debate the most powerful ways your peers are using ChatGPT and other generative AI tools to augment their teams’ work.  We heard about how other large organizations are using AI in HR for the betterment of their teams—and the broader workforce and viewed exclusive findings from i4cp’s AI in HR study, based on input from over 1,500 decision makers in dozens of countries.
