The Impact & Belonging Leader Board held an engaging, member-led conversation at Rocket in Detroit that focused on turning stories, insights, and real-world challenges into practical action. Through peer storytelling, scenario-based exercises, and collaborative discussions, members explored how leaders can strengthen impact and belonging in today’s complex environment. Guest speaker Morgan Gregory joined the Board, along with leaders from the Talent Acquisition Board, for a timely discussion on AI in hiring, including emerging risks, bias, responsible governance, and the evolving partnership between Impact & Belonging and Talent Acquisition. Together, members explored the capabilities, measures, and actions needed to deliver lasting impact.
