Telling the Human Capital Management Story

At our February meeting, we discussed Telling the Human Capital Management Story with Solange Charas, Ph.D., CEO of HCMoneyball. Solange teaches masters-level human capital management courses at Columbia University, New York University, and the University of Southern California.  We also heard from Kevin Martin, i4cp Chief Research Officer, who gave a brief update on new i4cp research in collaboration with Extraordinary Women on Boards.
