As AI continues to reshape the workplace, HR leaders must move quickly and think strategically. At our Fall in-person meeting, hosted at the Microsoft offices in Chicago, we developed a focused 2026 HR/AI blueprint, prioritizing what will create the greatest value for talent, technology, and transformation. Together, we explored how to embrace agile HR models, accelerate performance, and lead continuous change at scale.
