Addressing Toxic Culture Issues
At our February meeting we explored addressing toxic culture issues. During the first hour, we review the DE&I implications from i4cp's latest study - Culture Fitness: Healthy Habits of High-Performance Organizations. Then, in the second hour, we continued the discussion on how and when corporations should address external issues and other hot topics.
