Our inaugural session will explore how AI is transforming HR operating models, changing expectations of HR Business Partners, and defining the capabilities required for future success.  

Grounded in i4cp's research on the AI-enabled HR operating model and informed by extensive input from HRBP leaders, this discussion will examine how leading organizations are redefining strategic partnership as routine work becomes increasingly automated.  

Together, we'll explore:  

  • How AI is disrupting expectations of HRBPs and the value they deliver to the business  
  • Where organizations are on the journey toward AI-enabled HR operating models  
  • What capabilities HRBPs will need to thrive as strategic business advisors  
  • Practical examples and lessons learned from peers navigating this transition  

Participants will have the opportunity to benchmark their organization's progress, exchange ideas with fellow HRBP leaders, and gain actionable insights for strengthening their impact in an increasingly AI-enabled workplace.
