While organizations develop strategies for managing or even influencing employer brand, ultimately it's driven by the perceptions people have of an organization.
During this peer focus group, we will share key findings from i4cp’s Employer Brand Practices that Scream "Awesome Place to Work!" survey. We will ask some follow-up questions to learn more about how your organization is working to build a reputation that attracts talent, especially in an environment when competition for workers is fierce and policies around flexible/hybrid work, vaccines, and more add further challenges.
