As the Head of Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery at Wells Fargo, Carly Sanchez brings a unique perspective to the role as a Latina and former Chief Diversity Officer. Both she and Joanna Clark, the Talent Acquisition Leader for India & Philippines and Global Delivery, understand the importance of attracting the best talent that reflects the company’s customer base. Their goal is to create an inclusive environment that both attracts new hires and allows Wells Fargo team members to thrive across the entire employment experience.
Carly and Joanna spoke about the changes that talent acquisition has undergone during the pandemic, as well as lessons learned. Like many organizations during this uncertain time, Wells Fargo has had to become more agile as they've moved from incredibly low hiring demands to now having triple the number of open positions.
