Working Groups/Accelerators

Drive i4cp's research agenda, collaborate with peers and work closely with i4cp experts to develop tools and techniques to achieve high-performance. Each unique working group, called an Exchange, focuses on a specific topic, such as engagement, HR technology or workforce planning while directing unique and in-depth research on that topic.

Each working group is limited to a small number of member organizations.

Work together to develop business-driven processes that can be integrated into HR programs and learn how to not only measure organizational impact, but also drive business results and strategy. Join this peer-driven working group to discuss and benchmark the purchase and implementation of HR technology platforms - enabling you to make the right decision the first time. Participants include FedEx Ground, Defense Intelligence Agency, HSBC, Intel, Merck and Weyerhaueuser, among others.

Performance Management Exchange
