As part of membership, i4cp conducts several ongoing working groups, each focused on a crucial HR or human capital issue that many organizations are facing. These working groups - called Exchanges - are intended to give participating companies - some of the largest and most respected organizations in the world - the tools to achieve high performance. Participants meet monthly to collaborate, share best and next practices and develop actionable ideas.
Each working group is limited to a small number of member companies. Vendors and consultants are not permitted to attend to ensure participants can discuss their issues freely without worrying about being sold additional services.
Executive Leadership Development Exchange - NEW
Examine how senior leadership supply chains (the top 300+ leaders in an organization) are managed in high-performance organizations and explore how to form cohesive executive teams and develop leadership programs that have real impact on executive decision-making.
Global Talent Management Exchange - NEW
"Think global, but act local" is not just a catchy phrase. Developing a global mindset - and executing a talent management plan that is consistent yet adaptive - is essential into today's marketplace, but by no means easy. This group will look at how high-performance organizations are building a global workforce, managing labor supplies and accommodating local regulations and cultures.
Employee Engagement Exchange
Examine the employee engagement strategies and practices of high performance organizations to determine what maximizes productivity - and why going beyond engagement is essential. Participants include Abbott Labs, ING, Choice Hotels, Sony Pictures and Hertz, among others.
Evidence-Based HR Exchange
Work together to develop business-driven processes that can be integrated into HR programs and learn how to not only measure organizational impact, but also drive business results and strategy. Participants include ConAgra Foods, Lockheed Martin, The Federal Reserve Board, AOL, Sony and Sprint, among others.
HR Technology Exchange
Join this peer-driven working group to discuss and benchmark the purchase and implementation of HR technology platforms - enabling you to make the right decision the first time. Participants include FedEx Ground, Defense Intelligence Agency, HSBC, Intel, Merck and Weyerhaueuser, among others.
Performance Management Exchange
Understand how high-performance organizations build the leadership pipeline with assessment, evaluation and sponsorship, with a focus on performance management for senior executives and high performers, and other challenges. Participants include Hertz, Toyota, Waste Management, Newell Rubbermaid, Corning and Expedia, among others.
Strategic Workforce Planning Exchange
Work together to develop business-driven processes that can be integrated into HR programs and learn how to not only measure organizational impact, but also drive business results and strategy. Participants include FedEx Ground, Raytheon, Flextronics, Toyota Financial and PetSmart, among others.
