Working Groups & Accelerators

As part of membership, i4cp conducts several working groups a year, each focused on a crucial HR or human capital issue that many organizations are facing. These working groups - called Accelerators - are intended to give participating companies - some of the largest and most respected organizations in the world - the tools to achieve high performance. Participants meet monthly to collaborate, share best and next practices and develop actionable ideas.

Each working group is limited to 15 member companies. Vendors and consultants are not permitted to attend to ensure participants can discuss their issues freely without worrying about being sold additional services.
