While you don't need working knowledge of R or SPSS, or ability to run correlation analysis, but it’s a big bonus if you do. 

Bottom line: you must be skilled at not only translating the data into actionable insights, but being able to understand the interdependencies among multiple data strings and/or across the various HR functions.  Strong writing skills are required.

As a Membership Director you will lead the solution delivery for a group of members supporting their human capital initiatives. The Membership Director’s responsibilities focus on retention and expansion of our relationships and revenue by working with assigned members and their Senior HR Executives. The Membership Director is also expected to represent the member voice within i4cp. This location for the position negotiable and reports to the VP of Member Services. i4cp is based in Pioneer Square, Seattle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an overall understanding of assigned members and build relationships with HRLT and CoE Leaders
  • Develop annual strategic plans for each member with corresponding tactics
  • Achieve 85%+ renewal of member portfolio and actively increase membership value and revenue for i4cp
  • Provide strategic counsel to each member’s HR Leadership Team on a regular basis
  • Develop and deliver on Member Action Plans that align with assigned Member’s top initiatives
  • Manage account renewal process, to include accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with field sales on new account transitions
  • Provide value added services and upsells for assessments, workshops, boards, and special projects
  • Initiate and provide management in the development of key processes to support scaling and best practices within account management

Professional Qualifications

Key Competencies (the ideal candidate will have all of the following skills and experience):

  • 8+ years human capital experience working as a practitioner/consultant along with an interest in human resource research and emerging practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Senior Executives
  • Excellent communicator verbally and in written formats; well-developed presentation skills

Role

The Community Program Manager is responsible for supporting i4cp’s community working groups by serving as the primary designer and collaborator with external Member Leads and internal collaborators (including Marketing, Research, Member Services, etc.). Primarily, this role will support each Exchange group. Exchanges are Member-led communities of practice (currently six) where Members innovate, execute, and thrive. The Community Program Manager will help design, facilitate, and capture value from Exchange meetings and create meaningful engagement opportunities between meetings. This role will help senior HR leaders learn how to put our Next Practice research into action to support their company culture and workforce.

Reporting to i4cp’s Managing Director of Community & Partnerships, the Community Program Manager will continue to lead the community by imagining, planning, and executing ways to scale the impact of the i4cp community as our member base grows. You’ll improve upon our process efficiency, clarify expectations, and codify learnings to help mature our offerings.

Given the collaborative and virtual nature of this role, the Community Program Manager will be an expert with virtual meeting technologies, a masterful and succinct communicator, and a curious and inclusive facilitator. You’ll be adept at creating psychological safety, comradery, and energy within meetings that support members’ ability to learn, share, and problem-solve together.

Impact you will drive as the Community Program Manager

Project manage the Exchange program curriculum in alignment with research agenda

  • Support each Exchange to plan and schedule at least six meetings per year
  • Update Exchange meeting descriptions and meeting summaries on i4cp.com
  • Create and leverage Exchange Meeting take-away template to capture insights and resources from every Exchange meeting
  • Coordinate with Research, Marketing, and Member Services to highlight new research, tools, cross-sell opportunities, and member spotlights

Maintain a consistent positive culture for community members

  • Systemically survey for feedback, ideas, and opportunities for improvement across the programming
  • Support the collection, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on trends and themes emerging from the community
  • Leverage and improve templates and tools to create brand consistency and value

Identify, onboard and coach Member Leads to drive the community experience

  • Build a trusting and collaborative relationship with Member Leads as their primary touchpoint
