Diversity issues in organizations today have never been more complex. Cultural, racial, religious, gender and generational diversity among others - and the combinations they create - have organizations scrambling to meet this challenge. The need to develop effective strategies and master talent management is critical in order sustain a competitive edge in attracting, retaining and engaging top talent. Backed by the latest industry research and a small and exclusive group of peer companies, i4cp's innovative Diversity Accelerator will help you integrate and execute multi-dimensional diversity as a talent management strategy. Through peer collaboration and expert guidance, Diversity Accelerator participants will compare practices of high-performance organizations, identify areas that have the greatest effect on business objectives, and receive guidance on how to improve the effectiveness of current and future diversity initiatives in their overall talent management strategy.

Focus

This 2010 program is currently ongoing, but we are accepting a select number of new participants. This year's Diversity Accelerator has a dual purpose:

  • To define and evaluate different mechanisms to measure "inclusion".
  • To continue to build and strengthen a network of like-minded organizations committed to sharing information and jointly solving real organizational issues.

Diversity Accelerator Benefits

  • Collaborate with your peers in an exclusive, limited-capacity group To achieve the highest level of customization and interaction, the Accelerator is limited to 15 participants who are focused on the same issue. Join members from such companies as Qualcomm, The Federal Reserve, Yum! Brands, Pfizer, ING Financial and FedEx Ground.
  • Participate in cutting-edge inclusion research Help guide i4cp's upcoming research on inclusion metrics and be the first to receive the interactive results of the findings.
  • Work with diversity experts Beyond your peers, work side by side with i4cp's TM research director - a former practitioner - and hear from a variety of expert speakers in monthly virtual meetings.
  • Development opportunities While executives benefit most, high-potential employees are welcome to participate in order to enhance their understanding of diversity issues, strategy development and exposure to executives.
