Diversity Inclusion
At our July 19th meeting, we focused on diversity, which most of you indicated is top on your list of concerns. Joe Gerstandt, an outstanding and well-know speaker and consultant on this topic, engaged us in an interactive discussion. I sent each of you a brief abstract regarding his topic as well as his bio. We are also going to have two of our board members bring us up to date on the latest, coolest thing they are working on around internal mobility and mobile recruiting along with other interesting technologies. I will be in Australia at an Australasian Talent conference and will update you on the latest from Down Under.
