The Optimal Structure for HR

- Follow Up to the Research on The Optimal Structure for HR. At our March meeting we got a first look at the data. Now that the analysis is complete, we’ll fill in details, including a look at one of the issues the Board asked about: The use of HR Service Centers.

- In reaction to John Boudreau’s discussion, the Board suggested that we discuss how those in our profession can facilitate, even drive, the new approach to work that he outlined. We’ll have that discussion, after reviewing key findings from the i4cp report: “Beyond Uber: Driving the Evolution of Work.” And we’ll see if there are any implications for future research.
