1. Join i4cp's Chief Diversity Officer Board
i4cp is bringing together top executives from some of the world's most forward-thinking companies to explore the future of global D&I and its evolving role in an increasingly multicultural, multi-generational, and regulated environment. Board members will actively influence i4cp's research on global diversity and inclusion and share exclusive expertise and insights pertaining to D&I in their organizations. Founding members include Tammy Klugh, Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion, Global Human Resources at Kelly Services; Jacqui Robertson, Senior Director, Inclusion & Diversity at W.W. Grainger; and Paul Martin, SVP of Global Recruitment & Inclusion at Sony Pictures Entertainment.

2. Visit The SheSuite™, offering perspectives on leadership from executive women

Study after study shows correlation between the number of women in senior leadership positions and improved corporate performance, yet women hold less than five percent of CEO positions in U.S. Fortune 500 companies. To highlight this disconnect as well as explore the impact of women in corporate leadership, i4cp has launched The SheSuite™. In addition to tracking trends and next practices in diversity and inclusion, The SheSuite™ will publish a new in-depth interview with a C-level woman executive each month. The inaugural interview profiles Nina Ramsey, Chief Human Resources Officer at global employment/recruiting firm, Kelly Services, an i4cp member company.

3. Participate in the Taking Diversity & Inclusion Global Study

Diversity and inclusion at high-performance organizations is integral to the corporate culture, aligns with and reflects the markets and customers served, and is integral to ideation, innovation, and workforce engagement. The study, set to begin this summer, will look at how high-performance organizations are funding, staffing, and rolling out D&I strategies and programs worldwide.

4. Read i4cp's IDD hiring report and take the "I'm In To Hire" pledge
