As director of member-research exchanges at i4cp, Michael is currently responsible for overseeing three of i4cp's Exchange working groups (performance management and engagement, strategic workforce planning, and workforce analytics). Michael's mission is to help i4cp members learn from one another and to provide support to members as they develop new and innovative talent management practices.
Michael has a longstanding relationship with Pepperdine University, spending more than eight years as the director of alumni affairs, charged with responsible for strengthening relationships with alumni and creating loyal advocates and ambassadors around the globe. Facilitating both local and virtual alumni communities, Michael worked to expand the personal and professional networks of alumni. Michael graduated from Pepperdine with multiple degrees, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Speech Communication, and a Masters of Science in Organizational Development and Change. Most recently Michael served as an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Development and Change for Pepperdine's Masters in Human Resources program.
Prior to his work at Pepperdine Michael worked with companies such as Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, and Ventura County Community Foundation.
Michael is passionate about sports and the outdoors. On the weekends you can often catch him hiking the Santa Monica mountains, cruising the Pacific Coast Highway on his motorcycle, or playing a round of golf with his friends.
