Lindsay Rice joined i4cp in March 2020 as a Director, Member Services. In this role, she is responsible for leveraging her strong background as a Senior HR practitioner to deliver a differentiating experience for i4cp members.
Lindsay began her career in human capital with a large gas turbine engine manufacturer as part of their Leadership Development Program. Here she held roles as both an HR business partner and expert in various centers of excellence supporting employees on a global scale. Lindsay went on to hold additional senior-level practitioner-based roles within the retail, insurance, and manufacturing industries, providing value to a variety of functions including information technology, finance, and supply chain.
While Lindsay can confidently converse about all stages of the employment lifecycle, her areas of expertise include communications and change management, talent and succession planning, workforce development, employee relations, performance management and leadership coaching. Most importantly, though, Lindsay is passionate about developing relationships and understanding business needs in order to drive exceptional value within the human capital space.
Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Connecticut and a master’s degree from the University of Illinois in labor and employment relations. Originally from Sherman, Connecticut, Lindsay is proud to have also called Illinois, Virginia, Canada, England, Ohio, and Idaho home. A travel enthusiast, Lindsay believes the world is best observed through a gastronomical lens. She enjoys going on new adventures with her family in an effort to “live the bigger life.”
