Kate Jackson is vice president of talent acquisition at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), where she focuses on leading senior level HR, Talent Acquisition, OD, L&D and Total Rewards searches.
Jackson is a seasoned assessment and recruiting professional who brings a deep understanding of the nuances of organizational culture. She has held both a partner role in an HR specialized boutique search firm and led executive search and talent acquisition inside large global organizations; she brings a depth of understanding that allows her to serve her clients exceeding traditional search expectations.
Prior to joining i4cp, Jackson held foundational roles leading strategic HR searches at Hanold Associates, and Nielsen's, focusing on critical-needs sourcing and assessment efforts for their strategic leader searches. She developed her talent acquisition career over a long tenure at GE, where she held progressive roles leading talent acquisition capability covering a third of GE's U.S. business, including a team of fifty recruiters over five businesses. She earned a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Capital Hawaii.
Before joining GE, Jackson served as a United States Army officer, responsible for over forty soldiers and $17 million worth of telecommunications equipment. She also served as a Company Executive Officer in the 3rd Signal Brigade at Fort Hood, Texas. She graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. She and her family live in Virginia with their four children.
