Ivor is the Head of Total Rewards at Genentech, reporting to the CHRO. He has been with Genentech for just over 5 years.
Ivor’s 30+ years of experience has seen him lead compensation and total reward functions at a number of global organizations including BP Oil, The Hay Group, The Coca-Cola Company, Getty Images, Amazon.com, AT&T, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Levi Strauss and company.
Ivor has a passion for trying to find new and innovative ways to define, design and deliver Total Rewards programs to employees – this has been his success at many of the companies at which he worked.
Ivor is a native of Cape Town, South Africa where he graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BA in Psychology and Social Anthropology.
