Hayley Stanton is the Director, Executive Search at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp). She is responsible for search execution and serves as the lead for the Market Intelligence function at i4cp Executive Search.
Hayley is an accomplished Executive Search and Market Intelligence professional who has helped start-ups and Fortune 500 companies identify and place top talent. In her prior role at IBM, Hayley was a member of the Executive Search team where she provided sourcing and knowledge management for C-Suite positions globally.
Prior to IBM, Hayley was a Senior Associate at Kingsley Gate Partners, a global Executive Search Firm.
