David joined i4cp in 2016, bringing 25 years experience in client services in both private and public sectors. He works to help members use high-performance organization research and data to strategically prioritize their workforce initiatives.

Prior to i4cp, David worked as Chief Technology Officer and Sr. Consultant at Success Sciences where he led the architecture and development of conversation simulation technology in the 90s and worked to perfect its ability to advance the interpersonal communication performance that drives revenue and reduces costs in financial services, energy, healthcare, and other service-oriented verticals.

David holds a Masters degree in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida and is certified in Total Quality Management, which complements i4cp's mission to drive research-based information to help companies implement the people practices of high-performance organizations.
