Senior Director, Member Development
Adam currently leads i4cp's member development and human capital strategy implementation on the West Coast of the US. For the last several years, he has helped some of the largest and most recognizable Silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay area firms develop data-lead, next practice approaches to human capital.
Before joining i4cp, Adam helped companies use research and data to develop strategic employer brands, external recruitment marketing efforts, and employer value propositions for Fortune 500 companies. Adam graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in human resources.
