We covered a lot, and to many of you, this information was very new.

  • Sample Proxy Statement – Levi Strauss 2020 Proxy Statement If you are very new to executive compensation, reading this entire document is a good investment of your time. We focused largely on executive compensation which is covered in pages 34-67.
  • Who is on your Board of Directors? How many board members are there? Who is on your Executive Compensation Committee? How many? Who are your Section 16 Insiders?

Our Get Real speaker series continued with Jennifer Landis, CHRO of Black Hills Corporation.
