HRBP Development Cohort Webinar #2: Network Influence for HRBPs

This session focused on the science of organizational network analysis (ONA) and explored ways that HRBPs can employ ONA as a modern consultative approach, helping their business partners to understand their organizations in new ways and improve organizational and cultural effectiveness. 

Dr. Rob Cross is a recognized expert in ONA and a thought leader for i4cp. Rob is the Edward A. Madden Professor of Global Leadership at Babson College. For almost twenty years, his research, teaching and consulting have focused on applying social network analysis ideas to critical business issues for actionable insights and bottom-line results. Rob and his colleagues have been instrumental in bringing awareness of network science to i4cp and our membership.
