Leadership Redefined

Thanks to all who were able to attend the February meeting! The level of participation and sharing was phenomenal. 

My next step is to send you the deck that summarizes the initial findings from our Leadership Redefined survey – see attached! 

Your next step is to email me your notes from the “Rose/Bud/Thorn” session so that the team here can consolidate and pull out themes which we can then use as a foundation for future topics. Feel free to add any other thoughts you have about future topics on those notes. 

Also – please do let me know if you would be open to participating in a panel discussion re: moving from a performance management system with ratings to one without. There are many members curious about this so sharing your experience will be highly beneficial.
