i4cp Flash Call - Internal Talent Marketplaces

This i4cp member-only flash call will host a cross-functional group of members representing talent management, talent acquisition, and HR IT, including leaders from Equitable, Mastercard, Ecolab and Land O' Lakes. We encourage cross-functional stakeholders from member organizations to attend together to discuss internal talent marketplaces that support talent mobility.

Bring your questions, experience and insights to share with your peers on this interactive Flash Call, where members will explore talent philosophies about how to build a “free-market” talent culture where employees and the business have access to best-fit opportunities, and share key design principles and approaches such as defining role integration, critical skills, career impact and architecture, and connection to learning and development programs. We will explore supporting technology /AI platforms as well as the organizational change management and managerial accountability needed to succeed.
