Aligning Leaders to Future Business Needs

Thank you to everyone who attended the Leadership Development Exchange inaugural meeting. It was a great kick off to convey the purpose of the renovated exchange and to enable our members to co-create what they’d like to focus on in 2022.

Thanks to your input, we’ve compiled many great thoughts that we’re excited to review. Based on these themes, we will design a calendar of relevant topics for you to help you develop leadership in your organization. These meetings will include i4cp research and insights and that critical peer-to-peer learning from engaged members like you that make i4cp Exchanges so meaningful. 

Our member leads Laura Payette/Microsoft, Paul Langlois/Ecolab and Francois Raymond/Ford are energized and ready to share their insights and guide the community.
