Developing Leaders

It has been said, “If you’re not staying ahead of the wave, you’re destined to be left behind or swallowed by it!”  This clearly applies to the work we are all involved in developing leaders for the future of our companies.

During the January meeting we discussed:

  1. Results of the EDE Member 2021 Priorities Survey
  2. An early look at the major new i4cp research study on defining the behaviors and abilities leaders need to lead their companies into the future

It’s very clear that many EDE Members are focused on staying ahead of the wave to better prepare leaders for the challenges of the future.

Jay Jamrog – i4cp Co-Founder and Co-Chair for this study shared with EDE members the initial results of the study and engaged members in discussion about their thoughts, interests and current practices applied in these areas.

The Executive & Leadership Development Exchange, a peer-driven working group, focuses on how global high-performance organizations identify the leadership competencies required to ensure organizational agility and develop effective leaders accordingly. Explore these issues with peers and key thought leaders to apply those strategies in your organization.

This meeting is exclusively for members of the Leadership Development Exchange. If you'd like to participate, please contact us to see if you qualify. If you are an i4cp member, please log in to access the registration/meeting details.
