At the January
meeting of the i4cp Executive Development Exchange we heard some initial
findings from i4cp’s Leadership Redefined study. Jay Jamrog shared with
us the 14 leadership behaviors (out of 69) that were most often cited by nearly
700 survey respondents as having become more or much more important in 2020.
But which of the 69 leadership behaviors correlated the most with positive
impacts at organizations? From an improved culture, increased employee
engagement, strengthened purpose/mission, and more, additional analysis of the
data has found certain leadership behaviors that correlate with each of these
results in 2020. What does that mean for these leadership behaviors in 2021 and
what can you do to further enable these important behaviors? At our April meeting we had a conversation on these and related questions with the study leads,
i4cp Senior Research Analysts Tom Stone and Kari Naimon.
