There are four relational drivers of well-being -- purpose, resilience, physical health, and growth -- that are inextricably linked to the social fabric of our lives. In 2021, the Employee Well-being Exchange will explore each of these four relational drivers to uncover ways that employers can support healthy networks that improve both performance and well-being.
In the last session, we learned about a "purpose mindset" with Dr. Akhtar Badshah. This session we will discuss how our relationships determine our ability to bounce back from setbacks.
