It was great to talk with those of you that joined us for our November virtual meeting. For those that couldn’t join, we missed you and hope to have you on a call in the near future.
I enjoyed the discussion led by Kevin Wilde on influence, and the importance of using the right kind of influence when sharing data with executives. I also appreciated Patti Phillips’ and Carol Morrison’s comments on the most frequent metrics and reports being used by High-Performing Organizations to monitor & manage their top-talent programs.
