After the call, Todd McClement reached out and inquired about the key finding on Talent Dashboards. When this was referenced, it didn't seem that many organizations were using dashboards to influence and share with their business leaders.
Though it’s a great topic for the July virtual call, can we all share via email what dashboard, metrics or analytics you all are using? What do you see as the right things that business leaders find beneficial when making human capital decisions?
