HR’s Role in Enabling Organizational Agility

  • Jay Jamrog reviewed i4cp’s HR Business Partners workshop with the 7 Capabilities model. Over the next few months, i4cp will have converted this workshop into a series of online resources you and your team can utilize. Any/all feedback is appreciated.   • Kevin Martin covered how the talent risk assessment process provides the necessary insights to drive efforts in establishing your talent ecosystem (see i4cp’s integrated talent ecosystem model). He also gave a sneak peek into upcoming research, including a study on Culture that Judy Zagorski, Darian Rich, and Dave Garterberg expressed interest in being involved with. Up Next:

  • Our next Board call is July 24 (8am – 9:30am PT / 11am – 12:30pm ET). This call will focus on Talent Acquisition / Talent Brand. Cher Murphy who leads the i4cp Talent Acquisition Board will be a guest speaker.
  • Our next in-person Board meeting will be held on October 2-3 in Los Angeles and will be hosted by Cindy Ballard, (thank you Cindy!). The theme of this meeting will be “Culture” and we’re currently working on external speakers for this meeting. If you have any suggestions please let us know.
