As promised, here is a quick summary of the topics we covered. Copies of all presentations are in the links below. As always, feel free to share with your teams.
- Jay Jamrog reviewed i4cp’s HR Business Partners workshop with the 7 Capabilities model. Over the next few months, i4cp will have converted this workshop into a series of online resources you and your team can utilize. Any/all feedback is appreciated. - Kevin Martin covered how the talent risk assessment process provides the necessary insights to drive efforts in establishing your talent ecosystem (see i4cp’s integrated talent ecosystem model). He also gave a sneak peek into upcoming research, including a study on Culture that Judy Zagorski, Darian Rich, and Dave Garterberg expressed interest in being involved with. - Dave Gartenberg, the CHRO for Avanade, talked about the approach and actions he and his team are taking to ensure they have the talent they need when they need it. David Gartenberg Fueling Avanade's Growth
- Karen Ward, the CHRO of BCBS Tenneesee, talked about the upcoming shortage of clinical staff they are facing.
