Corporate Activism

At our May 2017 meeting we heard a 20-minute presentation on the topic of Corporate Activism led by Neddy Perez (Link to presentation: Leveraging Activism in the Workplace ) followed by a Q&A session.  The second half of the meeting was focused on a deep dive member issue provided by Corinne Abramson from Choice Hotels International - Improving our ability to digest and respond to social and political challenges.  An in-depth exploration into how one of our members' organization is responding to social and political issues and the challenges this presents.

Our next meeting July 19 will focus on the topic of metrics and will include guest speaker Patsy Doerr, Global Head, Corporate Responsibility & Inclusion Thomson Reuters. Patsy will present the Thomson Reuters Diversity and Inclusion Index.

June 21, I will be recording an interview with Patsy, which I will make available to all of you before the meeting, so watch this space.
