During our Board meeting we focused on walking away from our meeting with the following three things:

1.   Next Practice ideas that will enable us to leverage diversity and inclusion to built value for people and our organization

2.   Solutions to our most pressing issues and opportunities that leverage the collective skills and experiences of our members

3.   Ways we can continue to evolve ourselves into better D&I leaders
