By Nicole Jue from i4cp | February 28, 2013
Is your organization looking to implement Talent Development Reporting principles (TDRp) this year? If so, we have arranged a special discount with Dave Vance and the Center for Talent Reporting to attend their Talent Development Reporting Principles (TDRp) workshop, March 26 - 27, 2013 in Irvine, CA. Use this code for a $200 discount on registration: CPWKSP1.
TDRp is an industry-led initiative to develop and implement internal reporting standards for all key human capital processes like L&D, talent acquisition, and leadership development. The goal of TDRp is to provide the same type of guidance for our profession that the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) provide for accounting.
This hands-on, two-day workshop will cover all elements of TDRp including assumptions, principles, types and definitions of measures, and creation and use of statements and reports. Note that this workshop is required for TDRp certification and company accreditation.
In lieu of the workshop, we are also hosting a complimentary webinar, March 12, 2013 at 1pm EDT, presented by Dave Vance, Executive Director of the Center for Talent Reporting.
In this webinar you will learn:
- What types of measures should be reported
- How to organize measures into three standard TDRp statements
- How to create three management reports from the key measures in the three statements
- How to use TDRp to show alignment and expected impact of talent initiatives
