New informal learning podcast from ASTD

In November 2008, the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and i4cp conducted a study on informal learning. Forty-one percent of study respondents said that informal learning was already common in their company to a high or very high extent. An additional 34% said that it was occurring to a moderate extent in their workplace.

Aparna Nancherla, an associate editor for T+D magazine, interviewed i4cp CEO Kevin Oakes about the results of this informal learning study as well his insights on the subject.
