Designing Employee Experience

Twelve member organizations joined our call yesterday for a discussion on designing employee experience with guest speaker Eric Lesser, Research Director, IBM Institute for Business Value. Highlights of the meeting:

· Four specific recommendations for designing employee experience

ü Tune into the voice of the employee using analytics

ü Invest in key milestones where employee experience has a unique impact

ü Build an employee experience coalition that crosses traditional silos

ü Design employee experience using rapid, iterative design principles
