For the past six years, Donna has been Managing Director of Leadership Solutions Consulting, a consulting and coaching firm focused on Leadership Development. Donna has pioneered the firm's innovative methodology of "solutions-based coaching" which is designed to meet the needs of mid-level managers who want to gain skills and competencies quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. Earlier in her career, Donna worked for nine years teaching in academia (Parkland College, Champaign, IL, The Wharton Business School, the University of Pennsylvania and Rider University. She also worked in organizations for twenty years as a Leadership and Organization Development professional with RCA, GE, The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Chubb Insurance, and C.R. Bard, Inc. Donna currently spends part of her time teaching at the Gestalt International Study Center and a variety of leadership courses for the AMA.
Donna received her M.S. in Education from the University of Illinois and her Ph.D. in Human and Organization Development from The Fielding Graduate Institute.
