The survey sought to identify the make-up, structure and priorities of HR departments. It also looked at the way HR supports organizational strategy, what its role is in creating and supporting that strategy, how that role is changing, what is being outsourced from HR and how successful outsourcing has been. It also examined the perception of HR within the organization as it relates to core competencies and effectiveness.
