Every i4cp member is paired with a dedicated account manager who serves as your primary contact. Whether you are getting started, need help finding an expert in a particular subject or have specific research requests, your account manager will help you receive the maximum benefit from your organization's membership.

Specifically, your account manager provides these benefits:

  • Connecting with the Network. By network, we mean you - the network of i4cp's individual members and the vast source of experience, information and encouragement they provide. Your account manager is a conduit to facilitate connecting with peers who are facing the same challenges you are, and in some cases may have found the perfect solution. In addition to helping members avoid mistakes and the unnecessary expense that often accompanies them, these connections also frequently spark new ideas and different viewpoints.

  • Engaging your staff. Your account manager will help engage your staff, managers and executives to introduce i4cp and demonstrate how to take full advantage of our resources.

  • Research assistance. With the abundance of information posted to the i4cp site daily, finding the right information may be a challenge. Your account manager can help you locate information, or, if additional research is needed, work with the appropriate i4cp resources:

    • Research Team. The i4cp research team is proficient in finding relevant workforce productivity information quickly. Depending on the complexity and time required, additional charges may apply.

    • Pillar Directors. i4cp's Pillar Directors have unique views on their areas of expertise, based on past experience, knowledge and awareness of new trends and strategies.

    • Thought Leaders. We can also reach out to our professional network of respected human capital experts and executives, who can provide additional assistance.
  • Pulse Surveys. Almost every week (and sometimes more frequently), i4cp conducts Pulse Surveys of our network. These surveys are generally initiated by member request, and poll expert HR professionals and senior executives on relevant topics. A week or so later, we publish the raw data and, subsequently, an analysis of the results. Have a topic you need to be more informed about quickly? Your account manager can help expedite the process. Due to time constraints (there are, after all, only 52 weeks in a year), members may be limited in the number of Pulse Surveys they initiate annually.

  • Website help. Your account manager can help you with any issue you encounter while using www.i4cp.com, from technical issues to site walkthroughs.
